Evaluation of Knowledge sharing practices in Wegagen Bank of Ethiopia

The study focuses on Knowledge sharing practices of Ethiopian banks. In this case study of Wegagen bank of Ethiopia there is the tendency of relying on few experts of the bank that don''t share their expertise. The aim of the study is to highlight the importance of Knowledge sharing in banking sector. The study therefore contributes to managerial practice by showing the benefits of knowledge sharing and providing a basic framework to shape the knowledge sharing practice.
