Safety culture is a term difficult to grasp it is something that you aren''t born with but the attitude perceptions values and beliefs you learn through your everyday experience. It is what you as employees share in relation to safety at the workplace. This book is written as a part of a Masters thesis with input from large international oil and gas companies and the evaluation of which road they take to create a common platform for building a safety culture in their company and the oil and gas industry.
