Evaluation of Socio-Educational Programs at Universities

The intention to evaluate in a theoretical and practical way the Program of Continuity of Study for Social Workers is a reality embodied in this research that we developed with the need to discover the social reality and characterize the demands through a needs assessment as a basic element in the social-educational and cultural intervention of the program remaining in its first phase which is the evaluation of the context and needs with the purpose of determining the relevance of this program that is to say to what degree the different actions that complete the program respond or not to the needs of its target group which are the Social Workers in training in the province of Ciego de Avila with a view to innovation change improvement prevention or problem solving of the program.
