Evaluation of Staff Performance in Cocoa Research Institute of Ibadan

Research Paper (undergraduate) from the year 2012 in the subject Leadership and Human Resources - Miscellaneous Obafemi Awolowo University language: English abstract: The paper focused on the procedure of performance evaluation of staff in Cocoa Research Institute of Nigeria.It assessed the appraisal method and instrument of performance evaluation employed by the institute and the effect on the staff performance and work-related habits.The book concluded that the appraisal of staff should not be handled with levity and that performance appraisal be a continuous exerciserather than a postmortem exercise which is currently the situation.
