After losing a high-profile job writing for a national magazine Marcus Perry turns to more stable employment as a teacher at PS 199 a Bronx public elementary school. Single lonely and bored with his life Perry meets Trevor Holiday another teacher who seems to have everything-love stability and purpose.</p> <p>On the surface Trevor is happily married with a long and successful teaching career.
