Evolution of the Tendon Wall Construction System

This research integrates the existing relationship between construction technology and environment to be used in the construction of houses using the system of non-structural tendon walls where this new non-traditional construction technology is presented since it integrates materials of regional origin and low ecological impact in order to achieve constructive sustainability at environmental economic and social levels. This construction system is primarily intended to meet the requirements of safety and structural strength thus becoming a basic tool to ensure a decent quality of life for all its occupants responding to the unmet primary needs of families who are vulnerable from the economic point of view which is to have a roof that provides shelter and can develop their socio-cultural activities.
