Ex-post evaluation of the performance of a development project

This document is an end-of-cycle thesis presented as part of a Master 2 professional degree in project management. The subject developed is the retrospective evaluation of the performance of the project of micro-credits to the poorest for the promotion of income generating activities in Benin. This evaluation was carried out using the methodology in force at the West African Development Bank (BOAD). The methodology was simplified to suit the needs of a brief. The first part presents the methodology used while the second part presents the evaluation itself.
