The educational sector in some ways mirrors the field of medicine because it is ever-changing. There are always new strategies and innovative ways to challenge us as educators. However it is possible to become stagnant if we become unteachable. As educators our daily expectation from students is for them to be open to receive information. We should approach our craft in the same way. No one person has all the answers. However this next shift in the educational sector is going to take everyone coming to the table. There is a pivot that must occur and it boasts of some much-needed upgrades in our approach to molding young minds. It will take government agencies school boards principals superintendents to sit down and dialogue with those of us on the front lines educators. Excellence is written into the divine architectural plan for the mind. We must be willing to discover it.
