Exchange activity in Uzbekistan and ways of its development

A stock market is a set of mechanisms that enable transactions in physical or securities. A stock exchange is an organized market for the trading of securities. It is a meeting place for buyers and sellers of securities. In our republic a high level of attention is being paid to the issue of improving the activity of stock exchanges. Commodity exchanges are taking a serious approach to providing new opportunities from the point of view of development of commodity exchange activity since the main goal of business entities is to effectively organize trade of goods in order to ensure profitability. Today there is a need to ensure the stock exchange activity and ways of its development in Uzbekistan. Therefore it is an urgent problem to study and analyze the activity of the stock exchange in Uzbekistan and the provision of ways of its development from a theoretical and practical point of view.
