Excluded and Victimized City Makers Economic Social and Cultural Rights of Dalits Among Dalits

This book and more specifically the model it espouses has changed “social exclusion ecosystem” (and again its methodology) for the better. It breaks a new path to rehabilitate the term “dalits among dalits”: to reclaim it from the cultural gatekeepers. It lays out roadmaps to reach to the most marginalized within the untouchables in their quest for social justice and dignity. I consider this book as an effective tool for the marginalized. Written by Joseph Xavier is a Jesuit engaged in social research holding a doctorate in Human Rights and Criminology. For over three decades he has been working with the dalits adivasis and minorities and published books and articles on discrimination and exclusion and legal rights.
