After ten years as a Director at Aerosystems in Seattle Teri Harlan accepts an intriguing offer: Deputy VP of Quality at her former company. Looking forward to Southern California and working for her long-time friend Rich Richmond she receives shocking news just before her arrival: Rich is hospitalized following a serious car accident. Left to start on her own Teri finds the company she once loved is now a mis-managed snake-pit infested with self-indulged senior executives reveling in massive bonuses.
