I can affirm that the universities are not at the speed that the competitive sport is going like cycling and soccer where there are millions of dollars invested in science which remains in the hands of few for this reason to make this book is to take from the great clubs and champions of the world their methods and practices that sometimes are done and nobody realizes that the great champions in all sports improve the marks and it is increasingly difficult to be champion without money and without the application of science.
