Expanding Urbanization and Encroachment of Cultivable Land

The research paper Urbanization and Encroachment of Cultivable Land articulates the scenario of linkage between haphazard increment of houses/big buildings and encroachment of cultivable land. The study explains cultivable lands are affecting due to urbanization though it is a part of developmental process. The research study was conducted at Thecho Village Development Committee of Lalitpur District in Nepal.The research study is based on both qualitative approach and quantitative approach
