Experiences in teacher training

This paper seeks to present some experiences of my work as a teacher trainer in a teacher training college in Baja California Sur experiences that although in some moments have a certain dose of apparent criticism in general they try to narrate from personal experience the work that teacher trainers assigned to a teacher training college carry out on a daily basis: possibly I am trying to talk about things not commonly dealt with in the discourse of teacher trainers.
