Experimental Investigation on Pervious Concrete

This book is about gaining strength of pervious concrete with use of fly ash and silica fume as admixture.The most important property of pervious concrete is its water permeability as it is measure of perviousness of the said concrete. Currently there is no standard experimental procedure available to determine this property in India. Therefore falling head method is used to determine this property of pervious concrete. Another important parameter for pervious concrete is its compressive strength. in this book developement of compressive strength and impact of admixture on permeability of pervious concrete is discussed.
