Yes dysfunctional indigent CHHs should be a thing of the past if there is greater awareness and a will to eradicate their disadvantages. The present improved distribution of anti-retroviral may eventually stem the tide but in the meantime the problems arising from ignoring the present situation is like turning a blind eye to ticking time bombs. As mentioned earlier we should not make the same mistake as in the case of the HIV/AIDS pandemic and let the situation deteriorate further hoping it will just go away.
