This chapter conducts an analytical examination of employee perspectives on induction training within the ITES sector emphasizing its impact on work satisfaction engagement and retention. Based on research done at top BPO companies it looks at the pre-induction induction and post-induction stages and uses real-world data and statistical analysis to see how well they work. Results show that well-planned and structured induction programs help people understand their roles communicate better and fit in with the business which leads to better performance and less attrition.
