This book strives to elucidate the role of exposure to the Internet news in enhancing political awareness among the youth. Various measurements were implemented to yardstick the concept of political awareness along with the rate of exposure to the Internet news. The findings reveal the fact that heavy exposure to the internet news does correlate with one''s competence in politics. Furthermore and strikingly gender as an intervening variable comes into play while assessing who is more politically aware.
