Extensive Reading with Writing Tasks

This book is devoted to the study of extensive reading and its advantages in improving students’ fluency in reading and accuracy in writing while teaching English in the 9th form. It mainly examines how to involve students into reading by allowing them to choose the books and their own pace of reading as well as their own form of responding to what they have read. I hope that the Extensive Reading – Writing program which was described in this book will help to improve students’ language skills especially reading and writing as they are interdependent processes that are mutually advantageous.
