Factors affecting immunization status of children aged from 0-59 month

Immunization is a proven tool for controlling and threatening infectious disease and it is estimated to avert between two and three million deaths in each year. According to the guidelines of world health organization children are considered fully vaccinated when they receive vaccine against tuberculosis3 doses of each of polio and diphtheria pertussis and tetanus (DPT) vaccine and measles vaccine by the age of 12 months.
