There are a number of factors influencing family size in sub-Saharan African countries like Ethiopia. These factors may include economic status educational status cultural background the influence of husband on his wife the power of women and many others may influence family size. These factors may increase or decrease the number of family size. For instance as the educational status of the husband and wife increases their family size may decrease.
