Factors Influencing Knowledge Sharing among the Academic Staffs

Knowledge sharing is very important in an organization one of the impacts of this activity is to improve the performance of the organization. In academic world effective knowledge sharing among academic staffs can improve the performance of a university. Through this book we are going to determine the factors that influence academic staffs in conducting knowledge sharing and determine whether this knowledge sharing influence the performance of the universities. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square which is run with SmartPLS software.
