This research was to study factors relating to passenger satisfaction towards Kasetsart University Bangkhen Campus Bus Service and the passenger behaviors. The 400 sample survey was conducted using questionnaire in March 2012. The data was processed and analyzed using SPSS program stepwise multiple regressions method was applied to test the hypotheses. The document should serve well to those looking for reference in conducting research on passenger behavior towards public transportation.
