Faith and Human Development is a book that tries to provide answers to all those who are going through major crises that seem to shake their faith and affect their development as human beings and who have legitimate questions about the meaning of the unusual events that shake them. It is also a book that attempts to provide answers to those who do not understand the 'counter-performances' of those who are supposed to be or perceived to be giants of the faith. Taking a developmental approach to the concept of faith the author shows that these 'under-performances' are understandable and that the crises of faith are orchestrated by the Divine Gatekeeper to bring His Children to higher levels of Integrity and Excellence. He also exposes the factors influencing faith and how to coach the believer at each level of faith development.
