And that is a message so important that I could not let myself be stopped by the prospect of annoyed reviewers ranting at me for including it. </p><p></p><p>In this one book that does convey a message that message is not the main thread of the story. FALLOWBLADE is about beguilement and enchantment passion and vengeance strangeness mystery beauty and peril. Many people have written to tell me how much they loved it. Some have even said it's their favorite. People who care about non-humans will like FALLOWBLADE as will fantasy lovers romantasy lovers and readers who have enjoyed any of my other fantasy series. </p><p></p><p>I place ethics above popularity.
