Farina House

Farina House tells the story of the Vaughan family rich aristocratic and dominated by a stern father. The last of seven children is nineteen year old Alice a sweet self-effacing invalid. Her life at Menton Park seems set on a course of bad health and no excitement until; the dazzling good-looking Ellison family move into the area. Alice falls in love and her health improves but romance seldom runs smoothly. She turns to her cousin John Crewe and supported by his strength and kindness aspires to a normal life until she realises improved health does not necessarily mean nothing can go wrong.
