FASHION DESIGN PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

In Ethiopia different traditional clothes are produced but manufacturers do not produce garments to celebrate Valentine’s Day especially for women’s there is no an opportunity to wear valentine's dresses that reflects Ethiopian cultures. In different countries including Ethiopia women’s wear a specific dress and it becomes very attractive but still now in our country designers and manufacturers are not produce this dress in traditional look or traditional way also they are not considering our culture to produce women’s dress. This is our main reason to do this research and we try to do a new product on valentine dress to create traditional looks and we design and develop the collections by using Ethiopian traditional fabric compare to the existing product in Ethiopian local market.
