Fault Tolerant Trustworthy Routing for Wireless Body Sensor Network

This book focuses on providing trusted routing for Wireless Body Sensor Network (WBSN). Wireless Body Sensor Network is a collection of sensor nodes which monitors the physiological signal and biological activities of the subject. Increase in population and limited facility in hospital environment provides the WBSN a new place for monitoring the patients inside and outside the hospitals. The objective is to sophisticate patients outside hospital environment.
