<p>Dr. Elizabeth Kettner PhD a well-known trauma therapist in Moraine Washington treats the most damaged psychiatric patients in the state. She owns her clinic catering to multiple personality disorder (MPD) and she carries 85 percent of the clinic's caseload. Her patients adore her and her profits are through the roof.</p><p></p><p>But one day Liz's sickest patient Gola Tecumseh exposes this clinic for the MPD farm that it is. Liz is leisurely riding her bike on a farm field road when Gola in her pickup races up from behind to knock the doctor into a rocky ditch. Liz recovers but Gola is committed to the St. Augustine Hospital Psychiatric Unit.</p><p></p><p>In a dramatic hypnosis session Liz and Dr. Emil Duncan psychiatrist attempt to integrate two hundred personalities into a single Gola by putting her in the hot seat in the center of the hospital's isolation room. Curious medical personnel security guards and Sheriff Jack Fracarro watch from all four corners of the room during this inquisition when Liz reveals her wicked practices. It is through this session that Liz finds out she must atone for her abusive treatment of Gola and Gola wins her freedom.</p>
