FEAR IS NOT AN OPTION!

<p>At the age of 43 I was paralyzed with fear. I was in the midst of a divorce I had low self-esteem I lacked confidence and I experienced self-doubt. I was the mother of two and I knew that I had to somehow dig my way out of my despair.</p><p></p><p>I began a journey of transformation. I started listening to my inner voice and I became open to change. I also started to pay attention to synchronistic events in my life occurrences that I had dismissed before. I never would have imagined that learning new life skills would have such a dramatic effect on my life.</p><p></p><p>Now my goal is to share with you the skills I learned and the changes I made in my life to achieve a life full of purpose and fulfillment. Life is too short to settle for mediocrity!</p>
