Feeding Frenzy

<p>I thought the biggest threat to my vampire relationship was the past coming back to haunt us but I was dead wrong.</p><p></p><p>Becoming a vampire shouldn't have been possible with blood-madness running rampant and infecting the newly turned but somehow I was immune. Not only did I avoid the illness but I didn't crave human blood . . . which was a problem.</p><p></p><p>No one could know about my peculiarities but despite the danger my presence posed my vampires vowed to protect me even if the empire they'd built crumbled at their feet.</p>
