It's a reflection of how I see the world as well as how I see myself. When I would sit down to write a poem it was never with the intention of it leading to a book but the emotions messages and stories have helped me find a way to connect with the world. I hope when you read this book you too can find a connection inspiration encouragement understanding and healing. I hope we all have a chance to feel heal and enjoy all that life has to offer. </span></p>
