Fifty Dad Tales

<p>In 1988 my life was turned upside down. A serious injury threatened all my dreams. Medical experts told me that PE teaching and playing football again were a 'one in a million' shot.</p><p></p><p>My fight to prove them wrong dominated part of my life. Many people told me to share my story to inspire resilience in others.</p><p></p><p>I wanted to do that but my life was so much more than one incident. My upbringing silly experiences and beautiful children brought me far more laughs than tears.</p><p></p><p>So rather than concentrate on just one aspect of my life I decided to write '<em>Fifty Dad Tales: A light-hearted memoir of short stories without the boring bits</em>.'</p><p></p><p>Oh and before I wrote them I told most of them to my two youngest children - their views certainly give many of the tales an added twist!</p><p></p><p>Never Give Up!</p>
