<p>When we were born into this world all the rules we were supposed to live by were already in place. The moment you were born the world was already in motion. </p><p> </p><p>People for the most part abided by the rules set forth by our elders parents teachers government etc. Who raised you where you grew up who surrounded you - everything happened by chance. </p><p> </p><p>You're supposed to go to college get a job find a mate pop out some kids start a 401k have a mortgage and that's the ultimate life. </p><p> </p><p>If that's life why are there so many unhappy people? Why is the mental health crisis at an all time high? We hear time and time again Well...that's just the way it's supposed to be...</p><p> </p><p>When we make an automatic assumption that we must live our lives according to this fixed world this is where we begin to suffer. </p><p> </p><p>I suffered through most of my adult life trying to live up to what was laid out before me. </p><p> </p><p>I didn't have to.</p><p> </p><p>This book is my message to anyone in the younger generation who is suffering right now. May you find something inside that will free you. May it help you navigate through this chaotic world.</p>
