A collection of more than 70 life stories of Filipinos in the Ilocos region of the Philippines ranging from the ages of 60 to 90. Topics addressed include World War II the Marcos presidency childhood raising children marriage education roles of men and women livelihood and language. Interviews are presented in English Tagalog and Ilocano. This project presents Philippine history from the first-hand perspective of survivors who have persevered and sacrificed through changing times.
