Financial diagnosis of a microfinance institution

Within the framework of the present work it was a question for us to identify the risks to which FTSL is exposed then to put forward a strategic approach allowing to minimize these last ones for a profitability of the investment. Thus from the analysis of the different functions of FTSL we first highlighted the different strengths and weaknesses of this company then we highlighted the opportunities and threats of the market. The qualitative modeling of the risk of FTSL highlights the mission of supervision or monitoring which is devolved to ECP in this project. The quantification of the correlation coefficient between the expenses and the result as well as the sustainability ratio allowed us to identify on the one hand the strong relationship between the increase of the production cost and the decrease of the result of FTSL. On the other hand the capacity of the company to resist to exogenous shocks in spite of its negative result since periods; Capacity resulting from the recapitalization and reorganization of the company following its repurchase by the ECP group. The risk management measures taken so far have an impact at the global level.
