In a desperate and emotional attempt to save Reed's heart she ends their relationship leaving him devastated and confused about what went wrong between them. Reed throws himself into his craft in an attempt to move forward but it's not easy to do when he is forced to see Charlotte constantly at the rink as she works for his team as a social media assistant.
