Fine Dining at Home by Chef Bernard

<p class=ql-align-justify>This recipe book was put together by Bernard A. Mayer as a suggestion for anyone who likes cooking and preparing nice dinners for their family and friends when they get together on special holidays and events which occur in many people's lives. </p><p class=ql-align-justify><br></p><p class=ql-align-justify>On April 8 1944 at 2 a.m. a child was born in Syracuse New York from Hazel M. and Bernard C. Mayer. As he grew older he worked in restaurants as a busboy waiter cook and finally as a chef at the finer restaurants. His experience as a chef have always given Chef Bernard the passion to try new foods and recipes. After retiring from work in general he thought he should put together a recipe book where anyone who likes cooking could entertain their family and guests. </p><p><br></p>
