Fiqhi Tahqeeqaat

<p>Giving Muslims direction on how to practice their faith correctly and morally is the main goal of fiqh. It is founded on the Hadith the teachings of the Qur'an and the views of Islamic scholars. Islamic jurisprudence is an ongoing body of legal rulings that address the practical applications of Islamic law in daily life. Fiqh has developed throughout a long and rich period of time starting in the early Islamic era and continuing to the present. This book presents selection of a few research papers published in the quarterly religious magazine 'Behas-o-Nazar' Hyderabad.</p><p><br></p>
