This Book Was Written At The Suggestion Of Some Colleagues And Relatives To Record The Highlights Of My Forty Plus Years As A Trial Lawyer. Because Of The Timing Of The Beginning Of My Trial Practice I Participated In What Today Would Be An Unusual Number Of Major Trials A Number Of Which Were Quite Unique.
