The book is structured as follows: Section one examines organizational cynicism. Section two identifies organizational silence. Section three embraces organizational forgetting. Section four presents organizational complexity. Section five highlights the organizational mobbing. Also the organizations suffer from negative behaviors and these behaviors may come from an employee within the organization. Such behaviors can be described as disturbing which entails many organizational problems and thus lead to a reduction in the level of work performance.
