All your emotions are valid including the ugly ones like anger and sadness. Cry it out shout out loud walk in the rain to hide your tears or just curl up on your bed the whole day. And when you are done go hug your sibling have a cup of tea with your parents hang out/video call with your friends read some poetry and play with paints. Because those are the moments we live for.
