While presenting this compilation of various types of write-ups in the form of the prelude Flairs and Flaws we feel very excited and delighted. This collection is dedicated to all our co-authors who have contributed to it. Through this book all co-authors have tried to enlighten the words emerging from within the hearts.  One can forget the political aspects here and write about just what they feel and what they really are. This anthology is all about ones inner self. Any composition included in the book could inspire our readers or are introduced to a new aspect of life; the book will be a success.
