Flooded Fiesta

<p>In the Philippine coastal town of San Vicente the Patron Saint's fiesta is about to collide with a typhoon. And somehow that's the least of their problems. There's Don Raul the aging prideful mayor who is determined to stop a super-typhoon with sheer political will; his calculating daughter Carla who sees the disaster as the perfect backdrop for a <em>very</em> lucrative engagement; Liam the artist obsessed with filming The True Filipino Soul but can't find a clean <em>restroom</em>; and Sergio the poor sap who just needs to find the town's escaped raffle-winning pig Pogi.</p>
