This book want to be a guide to the clinical diagnostic and therapeutic approach to food allergy in infancy. We pay particular attention to the importance of the correct interpretation of clinical signs for unquestionable diagnosis. In addition to typical common clinical cases we deal with those of particular difficulty. We propose also a simple approach to special unusual foods and diets for treatment.
