FOOD IS A LOVE LANGUAGE

As my connection to food matured I realized that the love I felt was different but the same love as anything else I indulge in. I begin to ponder my love languages and quickly realized food is at the top of the list. Food is a love language! Whenever I think of food I get happy and sometimes even dance. I have witnessed people eating my food make all sorts of noises dance and acknowledge the love. The food you eat has a tremendous effect on your mind body and soul. Consider your thoughts and mood when you're shopping for food keep a journal of what you eat and how you feel then implement small changes.
