While the members of the Office of Technical Service provide the best of technical service to the directorate of operations they are rarely afforded significant recognition. Their concern is that the technical aspect of every operation is as nearly perfect as possible. This story is an account of the way they approach their daily activities with high morale unrivaled expertise and the best sense of humor in all of CIA.</p><p>This book details the preparation—both the planning and hands on expertise—required on the part of the technician to support even simple operations in the directorate of operations (case officers). The usual interaction of tech and CO are illustrated as is the onset of the unusual sensitivity training on both.
