Soccer Italian Style coaches Mirko Mazzantini (AFC Fiorentina) and Simone Bombardieri (Empoli FC) are both professional coaches and have designed a full 6 week training camp program for U9-15 year olds. This book includes 30 sessions (150 Practices) with technical warm ups conditioning coordination and agility exercises technical practices tactical / game situations and small sided games.
