For better governance of emergency humanitarian actions

From 2012 Mali experienced the most serious crises in its history following which atrocities committed caused massive displacement inside and outside the country. Aid provided to relieve the victims of these crises has been mismanaged thus minimizing its impact. Thus for better management we recommended a new management system for emergency humanitarian activities allowing real involvement of national actors in terms of initiative contributions and actions.
