DO NOT BE FOOLED! The Church the body of Christ has stood both spiritually and biblically through a long history of effective ministry. Empowered and gifted by the Holy Spirit and the Word of God the local church is still standing! We find the church challenged today by a radically changing time; the Greek anion refers to a period of time. The Apostle Paul warned of the Perilous times to come in the last days: the great rejection of God and the sacrificial offering [blood] that God requires - for a [bloodless] substitute that humanity is willing to give. (see Genesis 4:3-7; Hebrews 11:4)
